A solo performance by Matt Humphreys is definitely an experience to be had by anyone who enjoys great music. Playing anything from rock to folk to rap, and mixing in his own hits, the show starts and begins with a bang - without any pyrotechnics.

Cutting in his teeth in the pubs of Toronto back in the fall of 1997, Matt has over 600 solo shows to his credit in venues ACROSS NORTH AMERICA in cities from Phoenix to New York, Cincinatti to Winnipeg.

The intimate setup brings together the power of Matt's impressive voice with his charismatic personality, and with the aide of a little technology, Matt's offering isn't your typical 'guy with a guitar' setup. Employing the use of a looping pedal on his guitar, Matt build a complete on-stage backing track, live off the floor. Matt holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice from the University of Toronto. What does that mean? Well, in some cases not much, but in the case of Matt, it means that he's one of the most versatile rock vocalists around. Matt can easily reproduce the vocal qualities of styles ranging from country to r&b.

Need someone in the studio who knows what they're doing? Matt is one of the quickest 'one take wonders' in the recording industry, and has also produced music for numerous artists (including himself of course).
